Pool 4 Member Parties

Please check the Calendar below before requesting an event.
If the day is marked FULL - we are not accepting additional requests for that date.
We have limited staff available - so there are no exceptions.

All Parties with 9 or more guests may be subject to additional lifeguard fees.

Notice: Special terms apply to parties with 20 or more guests:
* Deposit of $100 will be required for party reservations.
* The deposit must be provided before a date will firmly be reserved.
* Deposit will be returned in full if cancelled 7 or more days prior to the date of the party.
* Deposit is non-refundable if cancelled less than 7 days prior to the event.
* No exceptions i.e. for rainy days, cold days, or overcast days.
* Only exception of cancellation will be lightning.
* Deposit check will be returned to the member within 24 hours after the party is concluded and paid for.
